Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept exchanges limited to 1 time for the same item within 10 days upon you receiving the order. All exchanges must be unused, unwashed, unaltered in their original packaging and/or with tags intact, unmarked and not defaced in any manner and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

PLS NOTE: Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be exchanged individually.

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges on sales items and any products that pertained to hygiene purpose unless the merchandise is incorrect or defective. However, if we have delivered an incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us at cs@everythreadcount.com and we will be glad to assist you in the replacement of the item.

There is strictly NO CASH REFUNDS OR RETURNS allowed.

TO START A EXCHANGE REQUEST

1. Email us at cs@everythreadcount.com with a subject header “Exchange Request” and include the following details: the order number, the photograph of the product, your name, contact number, purpose of your exchange and item you wish to exchange for.

2. Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service representative will assess, check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 2 working days. We reserved the right to refuse your exchange if your item do not meet the above conditions. In the event an exchange cannot be made due to stock availability, we will offer a substitute of similar value.

3. Pack the item with a copy of your invoice and the above email communication in the parcel.

4. For your security we recommend that you use an insured or tracked parcel service for your return. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Return parcels are to reach us within 2 weeks of dispatch date.

5. Upon receiving and verifying the item(s) received are in good condition, our customer service representative will respond within 5 working days on the status of your exchange.

6. Original and return postage and handling costs are non-refundable and the costs associated with making an exchange are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is a result of a fault on our part. Postage will only be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect.

7. If you requested an exchange but do not have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we can only exchange based on the value of the current selling price.
